Regular onsite Pilates classes can help relieve stress and tension, while improving your posture, especially for desk-based roles.  It can also help reduce aches and pains, all while people can come together in a fun and relaxed environment to enjoy a weekly Pilates session.

All you need to provide is a clear meeting space or canteen area, and each client to provide their own mat and wear something comfortable to enjoy the session... Trick Nuts Pilates will provided the instruction and the music and any other small equipment needed.
